Field Sales Representative

The role
You'll walk into salons in your area, show the owner or manager a 30-second AI preview demo on your phone or tablet, and sign them up on the spot. No cold-calling scripts, no office, no territory restrictions beyond "anywhere in America." You set your own schedule and cover the ground you can cover.
What you'll do
Visit independent salons, spas, and bridal studios in person. Demo Chromyne's AI style preview tool using a sample photo. Walk owners through pricing and get them started on their 7-day free trial. Follow up to convert trials into paid subscriptions.
Compensation
This is a commission-only role with no cap on earnings:
- 50% signing bonus on the salon's first month subscription payment, paid out once their trial converts to a paid plan.
- 10% trailing commission on every subsequent monthly payment from that salon, for as long as they remain a customer — indefinitely, not just a launch window.
- Plans start at $99/month, so a single signed salon is worth real, ongoing income — and there's no limit on how many salons you can sign.
What we're looking for
- Comfortable walking into a business unannounced and getting five minutes with the owner.
- Confident showing a product demo on a phone or tablet.
- Self-directed — this role has no manager standing over your shoulder.
- Prior door-to-door, retail, or field sales experience is a plus, but not required.
Logistics
You work independently from your own location — there's no relocation and no office to report to. This posting is open to applicants anywhere in the United States.
