How does Chromyne's AI makeup preview work?
Take a photo of your client at the chair, pick an occasion, and Chromyne generates 3 distinct AI-styled previews in under 30 seconds — each with a different hairstyle and makeup approach, plus a shade-by-shade product recipe for each one.
What photo quality do I need?
A clear, well-lit, front-facing photo with the client's face unobstructed works best — no sunglasses, heavy filters, or extreme shadows. Any phone camera is fine.
Is my clients' photo data secure?
Client photos are stored in a private, per-salon storage bucket and are only used to generate that client's previews — never for advertising, public sharing, or training AI models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Do I need my client's consent to use their photo?
Yes. The salon is responsible for getting the client's consent before uploading their photo for AI processing, per our Terms of Service.
How much does Chromyne cost?
Plans start at $99/month for 60 client previews, with a 7-day free trial and no credit card required to start. See the Pricing section on our homepage for all tiers.
What happens if I use more previews than my plan includes?
You're never cut off. Extra previews beyond your plan's included amount are simply billed at a small per-preview rate on your next invoice.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel from your billing page at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Does Chromyne support white-labeling for my salon's brand?
Yes, all plans include salon branding on the client-facing previews, with fuller white-label options on higher tiers.
