Overview
Chromyne for Salons provides AI-generated style previews for salons to use with their clients, in-salon. Pilot pricing and plan tiers are described on our pricing page and are subject to change.
Salon Accounts
Salons are responsible for keeping their account credentials secure and for all activity under their account.
Client Consent
The salon, not Chromyne, is responsible for obtaining the client's consent before photographing them and uploading their photo for AI processing. Salons must not upload a photo of any person without that person's permission.
Acceptable Use
Salons may not:
- Upload photos of a person without their consent
- Use the service for any illegal, harmful, or exploitative purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
- Misrepresent AI-generated previews as guaranteed outcomes to a client
AI-Generated Previews
Generated style previews are illustrative, not guaranteed outcomes. Results may vary based on lighting, photo quality, and the styling options selected. Chromyne does not provide professional cosmetology, medical, or dermatological advice.
Pilot Pricing and Changes
Features, pricing, and availability may change during this pilot period. We'll make reasonable efforts to notify salons of material changes to their plan.
Privacy
Use of this service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chromyne is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including a client's reaction to an AI-generated preview.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account for a violation of these terms, and a salon may close its own account at any time by contacting us below.
